Locksmith Tehnician

Due to organizational expansion and development, we currently have an opening for a Locksmith Technician based in our central London office. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our busy customer services team. You will work alongside our Customer Services Manager and the customer services team. We also have a diverse range of positions at various levels across the business, from vehicle specialists to security and administrative support staff.
General Duties:
- Install, repair, and replace locks and security systems.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly.
- Cut keys and program key fobs.
- Provide security consultations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security technology and techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members on large-scale security projects.
Vital Requirements:
- Proven experience as a locksmith or relevant position.
- Valid locksmith certification and/or license.
- Strong knowledge of locks, keys, and security systems.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
- A clean driving license is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
